Everything you need to know about working with us
We don't use generic coding tests. Our engineers come from AI Labs - they learned vibe coding from us. We test them on actual tool workflows: Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf. If they can't demonstrate proficiency in real AI-native development, they don't get placed.
You have a 2-week risk-free trial on all our models. If it's not working - for any reason - we either refund you fully or swap in someone else. No questions asked, no arguments. After that, it's a 2-week rolling arrangement - you're never locked in.
Typically 48 hours to a week, depending on your requirements. We have a pool of pre-vetted engineers ready to go. For specialized skills, it might take a bit longer, but we'll always be upfront about timelines.
Managed ($50-60/hr) includes a PM who handles communication, reviews work, and keeps things on track. Connected ($35-40/hr) is just the engineer working directly with you - no overhead, but you manage the relationship. Choose Managed if you want hands-off, Connected if you're technical and prefer direct communication.
No minimum contracts - that's one of our advantages. No 12-month lock-ins like some competitors. Start with 10 hours a week if you want. Scale up or down based on your needs. The flexibility is the point.
