Application & Resume Screen
We look for engineers with real project experience and a passion for AI tools. Traditional CS degree not required - we care about what you can build.
Claude Code Live Test
Candidates build a real feature using Claude Code while we watch. We assess how they prompt, iterate, and debug with AI assistance.
Cursor Workflow Test
We test their ability to navigate and modify existing codebases using Cursor. Speed, accuracy, and workflow matter.
Communication Interview
Technical skills mean nothing if you can't communicate. We assess English proficiency, async communication style, and collaboration skills.
Trial Project
Top candidates complete a paid trial project. This is the final filter - we see how they perform on real client work.
Ongoing Training
Once accepted, engineers join our AI Labs training program. Monthly workshops, new tool training, and community support.
